Project Management
From the first conversation to the finished project, Elegant Outdoor Shade Design prides itself on maintaining prompt, professional communication.
We view the project more as a partnership with you than a vendor/client relationship. It is our expectation that upon the conclusion of the free, on-sight consultation we will share a common goal – examining the best
options and providing you with the detailed information needed to make an informed, confident decision. Each step of the process is executed with the intent to create an experience you will want to share with family, friends and neighbors.
Installation
Installation is provided by an independent, licensed, insured and bonded General Contractor under the direction of your EOSD representative (see Project Management).
Experienced, professional, courteous and meticulous you can expect your project to be completed on time,
as expected. Our preferred installers share the understanding that the client experience is our top priority and they accept the role of partner in pursuit of exceeding expectations.
