In 2015, I relocated to San Diego as an independent contractor for ShadeTree Canopies. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of professionals on many projects. I have worked with Landscape Architects, Designers, Contractors, and directly with customers. These experiences, plus my years of experience designing, selling, and installing shade systems has allowed me to cultivate close working relationships with the best contractors in the area.

Planning & Design

A little planning can go a long way. Whether you are working with an architect, designer, contractor, or retrofitting an existing structure, our first step is always to make a plan. That way, we can produce results that you will enjoy as much in 10 years as you do the very first day.

First, we start with a free, on-sight consultation to gauge the scope and budget of your project. Then, we’ll ask you a few key questions to help us organize and prioritize your goals. Finally, we’ll narrow down the large field of options using your priorities as a guide. This way, we ensure that we’re showing you only the best products for your specific project. Once we’ve worked with you to select the ideal product, we’ll shift into the Project Management phase.

Project Management

From the first conversation to the finished project, we are your project partners. We pride ourselves on our prompt, professional communication and ability to exceed customer expectations. Unlike other companies, we don’t leave you once the product has been selected. We will be with you every step of the way, examining the best options for your project. Installation

To accomplish this, we only work with General Contractors we know and trust. All of the General Contractors we use are independent, licensed, insured, and bonded. Our installers share the understanding that client experience is our top priority. They are skilled, experienced, and detail oriented.
